You directly provide us with such data when you use our website, or interact with us, for example, by engaging Techmax for the provision of our services. • ask us to delete your personal data from our platforms.

Our website, services and products can be used in the interest of both adults and children. For special cases such as our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, information regarding persons under the age of 18 will only be processed with the explicit consent of the child’s parents or guardians.

With operations across East Africa and organization-wide adoption of cloud services, your personal data collected by Techmax may be processed or accessed in the country/region where you use our products and services or in other countries/regions where Techmax have a presence. We commit to ensure that all personal data collected and retained in our system are correct, accurate and up to date. We strive to ensure that inaccurate or incomplete data is deleted, rectified, supplemented or updated accordingly.

We may employ or engage third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our service provision, to provide the services on our behalf to perform Service related services or to assist us analyze how our Service is used.
